The Assistants route provides an interface for managing all assistants within your workspace. An assistant will only work when it is configured on a phone number. To activate and use an assistant, make sure it is linked to a valid phone number in the system. Without this configuration, the assistant cannot interact with users or handle conversations.
You can set up which assistant will be used by creating and managing rules for each phone number. These rules allow you to define conditions and select the appropriate assistant based on contact properties, tags, or message types, ensuring the right assistant responds in each situation.

Main Features

  • Assistant List: Displays all assistants registered in the workspace. You can search for assistants by name and view the total number of results found.
  • Create Assistant: Easily create a new assistant using the “Create” button. After creation, you are redirected to the assistant’s details page.
  • Search and Filter: Use the search bar to quickly find assistants by name. Clear the search input with a single click.
  • Details View: Click on an assistant to view its details. The details are shown in a separate panel, allowing you to manage and configure the selected assistant.
This route streamlines the process of creating, searching, and managing assistants, making it easy to organize and access all assistant-related resources in your workspace.
